Cheick Hamala Diabate, the guitarist and ngoni player from Mali in west Africa will perform Saturday, Feb 16th @ 8pm at Fulton Hill's Neighborhood Resource Center , 1519 Williamsburg Road, just east of Church Hill and Shockoe Bottom.
